according to perezhilton (guilty pleasure ok?!?!?!) he has been arrested many times in Miami. Seems like every other week in fact...
i know - that's why he needs to cut it out. or maybe that's part of a grand master plan - breaking a record or perhaps promoting a record as you mentioned, hmmm?
